StudyStash is an AI-powered educational technology platform designed to help students study more efficiently and effectively by transforming their course materials into a personalized, adaptive learning experience. It was created by two university students who integrated principles of AI and neuroscience into the platform.

Study Material Generation: Users can upload lecture notes, PowerPoints, or PDFs, and StudyStash automatically converts them into various study assets like flashcards, summaries, practice tests, and interactive games.

Personalized & Adaptive Learning: The platform tracks student progress, identifies areas of weakness, and adapts content and study schedules to individual learning styles and pace, focusing on what needs the most attention.

AI Tutor (StudyChat AI): Students can interact with a virtual tutor to get instant explanations for complex concepts in over 150 languages, with the AI’s responses grounded in the lecturer’s original material to maintain academic integrity.

Insights for Educators: The platform provides lecturers with weekly intelligence reports showing exactly where students are struggling, allowing for targeted support without adding significant workload.

Adaptive & Personalized Learning: Using principles from neuroscience and cognitive science, StudyStash adapts to each student’s individual learning pace and style. It identifies areas where a student is struggling and provides tailored content and schedules to reinforce knowledge where it’s needed most.
